Introduction

The Sport Centre has a fitness room, a squash room, a multi-purpose activity room and a multi-purpose main court. There are 3 squash rooms and 2 of them have ping pong tables attached for use as table tennis rooms. In addition, the main multi-purpose court can be used as a basketball/volleyball court or 4 badminton courts. The multi-purpose activity rooms are equipped with wall mirrors, railings and audio equipment for dancing and other purposes. The Sport Centre is equipped with lockers for personal belongings.

Ballers by bus can take Kowloon Motor Bus routes 40, 30, 31, 32M, 38A, 42C, 57M, 58M, 59A, 61M, 67M, 68A, 69M, 73X, 235, 265M, 269M, 278X, which can be boarded at Tai Wo Hau Station. Alternatively, you can take New Territories GMB route 86M, 302 or 401 and get off at Tai Wo Hau Station. MTR Tai Wo Hau Station Exit B is a five-minute walk to the Sports Centre.

Tai Wo Hau Sports Centre is close to North Tai Wo Hau Station and Yuet Loi Fong. Because the Sports Centre is close to the housing estate, if you want to eat and drink in the vicinity, you can only find the Tai Wo Hau shopping mall in the housing estate, which provides restaurants such as Tam Chai Sango and Lai Heung Yuen Ice House, but there are not many choices. You can choose to take the subway to other places to eat and drink or go to the farther away Yuet Loi Square, Yuet Loi Square has many Chinese and Western restaurants, there must be a suitable choice for you!
